Feel nothing is working the way I want.... but then two weeks wont give result... its not crash course...
Well stamina improved thats a plus. Score is in last post I can see ... more repetitions ...
But to get the belly fat completely zero .. is going to take me to complete the insanity challenge once at least to entire 63 days.... I feel tired exhausted after workout.
Only thing to control is the way I eat.....
Eating is the next thing after exercise that will bring me to my goal.
Common ya'all lets go....
Next two weeks is the main timeline where I know if I am consistent I will see results from centimeters at least ...as was seen last time. .....
So common get your butt in action... workout the challenge. . ...
Dont give up ... come what may ........
