Insanity 2 day 16

Feel nothing is working the way I want.... but then two weeks wont give result... its not crash course...
Well stamina improved thats a plus. Score is in last post I can see ... more repetitions ...
But to get the belly fat completely zero .. is going to take me to complete the insanity challenge once at least to entire 63 days....  I feel tired exhausted after workout.
Only thing to control is the way I eat.....
Eating is the next thing after exercise that will bring me to my goal.
Common ya'all lets go....
Next two weeks is the main timeline where I know if I am consistent I will see results from centimeters at least ...as was seen last time. .....
So common get your butt in action... workout the challenge. .  ...
Dont give up ... come what may   ........

Insanity revisited

Today I restarted insanity month 2 .
And boy o boy its exhaustingly insane.....
But feels good when you finish the class.
So much to look forawrd to ... only if I keep my hand off easy calories and keep motivating my own soul to do this.....
Its for your own good ... boost your self confidence ..... stand up in mirror and say yes you have done something better for your self in physically I mean healthwise .....

Insane whats next

It's been 6 weeks nnow. 
Someone might ask , what are the results .
Well , results are there but still there is a long way to go.
I think after finishing this routine , its required for people like me having belly all thier life and otherwise skinny to move to a next workout which is more towards muscle building along with cardio
So next plan is to do p90x
Lets hope the enthusiasm lasts till that time

And yes its 2.5 inches plus 1.5 inches
So thats results for you

Insanity 4th week

I am in fourth week of insanity .
I see there are changes but very small , than the videos promised , 
Diet is really important plus your fitness level.
Mine isn't as great to last 40 minutes so I think what so ever changes are there I am ok with them , could have been better with better diet planning .
Routines are getting used to now , but still I need these videos to keep going and not give up .
Must have lost some fat ; but do not have bigg changes to show facts and figures . 
The progress is slow , but it's there.
Let's hope insanity continues in Ireland .

Insanity day 16

It's insane to do pure cardio and cardio abs both back to back.
Ab exercises are great , I think my abs are coming out with the Belly causing it to again gain inches rather than reduce ;))))
Well I hope to lose that flab from places there you know to see the abs but that's long term plan . Guess day 60 worst case or best case 30 days . Fingers crossed !!!!

Insanity fit test

After 14 days of insanity this is my second fit test 
Results 
Leg raise jump - 75
Jumping squats - 57
Single led raise ab - 88
Rotation jumps -4x10
Power jumps - 12
Jumping push up jacks - 23
Plank obliques - 38

Wow ... Feeling better , than last time results which were pathetic as I didn't even put them in the blog 

Now I want t see the results in next 14 days .... Shaun t ,,, challenge is to get six packs and I don't want to let people down . So you better not put me down ....

Insanity day 3 and day 4
Day 3 was bone breaking body crunching cardio . Felt good after finish .
Day 4 cardio recovery today is sort of rest it feels like it . But Shaun pushes you to stretch as much as you can literally . Never in my life I would have stretched my legs and hamstrings plus thighs so much . 
A good workout so far . 
Looking forward to being more regular in the routine . God willing I will .

Insanity day 1 real deal

It's insane ! 
No other words describe the workout .
Shane t inspires you , breaks your spiritus your guts challenges you to push you to the limits of insane cardio .
Glad I did it first day , but I am totally exhausted to my bones . 
I want to continue next workout today , but go help me and my body to last through the session today , else it's going to be rest day ,wish me luck .
And good luck to all those like me who are not fitness people who want to get fit for once in their lives .

Insanity day 1 repeat

Today I repeated fit test .

Well it's far better than yesterday where I took an hour to recover my breath .
Today it took 10 minutes to breath at normal pace and rest for another 15 minutes . Though felt like acid reflux the pain is a all over the body .
It's more on back core muscles and legs And calf and thigh as well.
Hopefully tomorrow it will be first day of insanity cardio workout . Until then adios doston !

Insanity

Today was the first day of insanity .
Fitness test 
One word -- miserable performance !!!
Took one hour to breath back normally , was about to puke , totally breathless .
Never in my life was I so tired with so little work out .
Not going to write stats down yet . Tomorrow another day I will try the test again.
