Insanity day 3 and day 4
Day 3 was bone breaking body crunching cardio . Felt good after finish .
Day 4 cardio recovery today is sort of rest it feels like it . But Shaun pushes you to stretch as much as you can literally . Never in my life I would have stretched my legs and hamstrings plus thighs so much .
A good workout so far .
Looking forward to being more regular in the routine . God willing I will .
